No more bubbles on Riptide?
Since the release of the orcs of Warcraft designer news, has been three years.Whether it is pictures, movies ... and so on,Orcs almost all straight back state,Only the game is humpback state,Humpback makes the orcs look fundamentally weak,I hope BZ can pay attention to this problem.I would like to curse the original design orc designer,Why the orcs made this pair of appearance? If you want to pay to correct hunchback,I am willing to pay because I love orcs.
Please tell me that the watery chain heal is just the Deluge glyph and that we will still have the initial updated animationhttps://i.ytimg.com/vi/L_KHz8AOJyg/maxresdefault.jpg
Seems weird ... he drag water above his head and right after burst it from his chest. :-/
yes this is all nice and ever thing but I rather wow bring back gemming enchaining and reforging back to the game.
I still don't understand why does he raise both arms and then it resets to the old caster animation where he just has one arm up and the other is behind. Seems 50% of work done.
I'm surprised by the negativity here... well, sort of. The WoW community has always been generally negative about everything. I'm impressed with these animations. The watery effects look much more natural. And I always felt this spec needed to look more 'watery' - that's the element they're using to heal with after all... The 'light looking' spells never made sense to me. The 'hands over the head' animation is great. The first thing that came to my mind was 'it looks like he's pulling water from the earth' which fits a Shaman perfectly. I didn't know the current yellowish color of Chain Heal was so popular amongst players. I've always used the Glyph of Deluge. And Healing Surge? Come on, it looks amazing - love the 'watery wisps'. Healing Rain also looks great - love the ripple look you see on the ground and the rain looks much more prominent. I do have concerns about not being able to see it in group fights. The nice thing about the current version is that it is much brighter. Does anyone know if they're updating the look/animation of the healing totems?
Overall, I like it, but gotta agree with some of the negative comments on Chain Heal and Healing Rain.
Gotta agree with the many folks above concerned about Healing Rain having poor visibility. It's beautiful, but many boss rooms will obscure the ripple and the overall transparency makes it less pronounced.Overall, the new stuff is great, though.

It sounds like a toilet flushing.
In my opinion, you should make Healing Rain area more visible. Because not everyone will be able to see the feinted blue waves especially if some people are playing with low graphics. With low graphics the animation of BEFORE HR was visible some how visible. But now some other class spell animations (like druids greenish circle) will wipe Healing Rain from the area.
I understand the 'lifting weights' casting animation is supposed to be pulling elements from the ground -- that I am fine with. My main concern and hope is that it's not used as frequently as shown above. I use Healing Wave, Chain Heal, and Healing Rain a lot and it's going to be irritating seeing this animation that frequently. It seems too rough and angry of an animation. We're healing our allies. Water has always had the healing effect tied to it as you can see with our Totems as they always heals or something similar. As such, for Chain Heal, I'm happy with the updated animation being more watery and smooth. I've seen cries for to be rough, but people, we're not trying to plow our allies over with a crashing wave of water -- we're trying to soothe and mend wounds and a smoother animation for that does it justice. Anyway, I just don't want this animation for so many of our spells. I'd personally like a smoother, calmer animation to be swapped in for any of the current animations that use the pulling elements from the ground animation. This is just my opinion though.
Orcs since Panda look like a Gumbi abomination. Moved from the backbone of what it means to WoW to the Hunchback of Notredame. The resto animations are sweet. The Orc needs much love. Everything from the physical pose, the facial expressions, etc. make them feel like my learning impaired cousin mikey.
Chain heal is ruined and deleted my shaman because of these changes. Will restore once they change it back.
