This Healing spec is gunna grow on me : )
The way these were originally designed, randomly casting on people rather than the person you had targeted and not benefiting from your Mastery or anything else, they seemed like a dumpster fire of a talent so bad that Blizzard needed to force players into it to make up that 6% difference, even if it was to random people. But as released they initially target your target before spamming heals on others and as stated do benefit from your Mastery, they're actually pretty good and work well as an oh #$%^ button. I see them pretty much instantly refill my target. The only thing I wished was that they'd move with you for their duration instead of just standing in place until they despawn.
Dumb question if you’re targeting an enemy will they still swiftmend someone in the party? Or do you have to switch to target a friendly before casting?
The treants (with wild synthesis) did 15% of my overall healing (10% nourish + 5% wild growth) in a 20+ Neltharion.
I'm excited to see the trees get more use in a druid spec. I've always thought druids don't use plants enough, specifically balance but it's gone full "space chicken" (which is apparently nature related.. I guess..?) but at least resto is there to give the nature fantasy to the nature class.
this almost makes me wanna try healing again. but not enough.
