Literally none of this matters when in the end of the day a warrior can still W up to you and execute you for your whole hp bar.CLASS TUNING WHEN, BLIZZ?
turn on wm
Nope. Still too much grind to pvp. And still too late in the expansion cycle. Next expansion, maybe. If you don't screw it up again.
Absolutely, 20ilvls in shadowlands scaling is basically playing the next expansion in terms of output
The only people you are helping with these buffs are glads/ranks 1s who are now going to gear up even faster to farm me at 1800 while carrying boosties/friends. What this game needs is an updated LFG system. It is not fun looking for arena partners for hours, to have them leave after 1 or 2 losses and then have to sit back in the queue while UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE IN THE GAME. I refuse to come back to retail wow until this is updated.
It is unbeliveble, funny and sad, how you get good ideas and implement it in a way that just does nothing lol. It is like you are begging ppl to quit.
This change completely misses the point. In BfA Season 3, I could get 445 and then 460 ilvl gear from weekly casual PvP. Glad gear was 475, meaning I was always in touch ilvl wise with the best players. In SL, max honour / base Conquest gear is 233 and Glad gear is 259, which is equivalent of 40 ilvls difference in BfA equivalent.BfA - 15 ilvl differenceSL - 40 ilvl differenceSo explain to me how this "improved" system will stop me getting continually ganked by max geared players in Warmode and EBGs?Now, if the devs want to make it so playing Rated means you get to squish casuals, fine. But don't insult us by pretending otherwise.
It's not enough and I won't be returning until there's 1 honor set and 1 conquest set. Not playing this rating-based upgrade game, never going to again.
Yeah im going a bit too extreme here. There are a lot of RPS/WPS/WPD and monk one shot stuff. The 3 comps I mentioned are dominant but they aren't everything. There are some godcomps, not too much in NA though, dont really know about EU.And yeah, balance changes are just non-existent, and I'm sure that's the main issue why people aren't playing. PVP players usually stick with their main classes, but about 1-2 months since the beginning of this season there's just an EXTRAODINARILY large amount of people rerolling to War/ret and jungle which is just abnormal and obnoxious. 2.2 to 2.7ish bracket players know it the best- everyone is gonna rush to the strongest(or to be clearer, the most broken) comps. Highest players stick with their main class mostly, for lower players main class doesn't make too much different. When some 50% of middle to high tier players are rerolling to the certain comps knowing that these classes aren't gonna get nerfed any time soon, there's a legit huge problem. Also, I really don't think one change a month is gonna be enough. Monthly changes are only gonna be enough when devs know what's going on. For blizzard the only way their pvp devs are gonna change things to the right direction is to apply minor changes biweekly or even weekly, I mean these devs are dumb enough to buff BM hunter at the beginning of this season lol.
Least participation of any PvP season so far, but clearly ranked based ilvl gear is working. I have over 30 people who were duelist/glad in mists who have either quit the game during bfa or they quit after sl season 1. Purple hairs are running this game into the ground.
pvp is fixed now lol. no more getting 1shot from 100% with defensives up. oh wait
Put an unarmored version of the gladiator mount at 1.8 or 2k rating requirement and see more people try to get it. I don't get why lately since BfA, gladiator mounts have no PvE equivalent.TBC had unarmored nether drakes vs armored gladiator drakes.WotLK had unarmored gladiator wyrms vs armored ones from ICC.Cata had the armored gladiator drakes vs the low res drakes we already had (bronze, black, red etc)MoP had armored gladiator danger noodles, with unarmored version from other sources.WoD had the gronn (not sure if armored or not) with plenty of outside PvP options.Legion had armored storm drakes with nonarmored drakes from Valarjar rep.BfA is ... probably the start of the difference, I mean, we have Proto-drakes since WotLK, but not high ress as these ones, but I'll let it slip. And now, in Shadowlands, we have these amazing maw dragons with no equivalent in PvE yet. A solo challenge? A raid drop? An achievement? What do you think?
