It's really a shame that mounts like these can't be part of the current holiday event (Lunar Festival) & then added to the shop the following year like FFXIV does. That way it gives players a way to earn the item in game and then it returns to the shop permanently the following year so everyone who missed out can then buy it. All this does is make Blizzard look greedy. Store mounts & other items are okay but, there should be a way to give players a chance to earn them for free first -- and no, paying with gold for WoW Tokens does not count as earning it for free. People need to start looking at how other successful MMOs do their holiday events & shop releases. FFXIV is an amazing example of a great way to release new mounts & other holiday items yearly and keep holiday events fresh while giving those who missed out a way to buy them at a later date.
