I don't have a problem with dark skin Blood elves, but every post about blood elves will feature dark skin ones from now on? I'd love to see how these customizations would look on my fair skin blood elf main.
Is this really appropriate for a game rated T? I mean the "official" minimum age is 13 so body jewelry seems kinda weird for someone checking it out at that age. Just saying.
It amazes me how many people have taken Ion describing BE's as fair skinned, once, in a q&a as equivalent to lore. It's not, so unless you have some specific quote from actual Warcraft canon that describes them as fair skinned only then stop using lore as a shield. Chronicle says nothing about pale or fared skin anywhere in regards to BE's.
Same way the other races show off all those body tattoos?

Hmm, I like it. I don't know if I'll ever see it because it would be covered with gear... but I think it's pretty.
Interested to see what the males are supposed to be getting now, but I'm more curious to find out if this is in addition to tattoos as well. I honestly can't see the Blood Elf males getting a body jewlery option instead of actual tattoos
Imagine if it was a 3D thing that shows over gear... like a necklace. That'd be amazing.
I find it odd that people are having such a strong reaction to dark skin belves and clamoring to "lore reasons" as to why they can't. I wonder if these same people ever made any similar objections when the Fel Horde became a thing again during the Hellfire Citadel patch of WoD, and they were a black-and-fel-green coloration, rather than the distinct red they were back in Warcraft 3 and Burning Crusade. It's a (possibly) optional skin tone, on one playable character race, in a video game franchise featuring space goats, cybernetic gnomes, space demons, light-emanating wind-chime beings and tentacle-tastic old gods. This is the hill some people want to die on...?
I would love to see body jewelry on other races too especially on zandalari I could see those run around with a lot of gold jewelry but I don't think blizz will touch the allied races anytime soon
Can I have this for the men too...........
"Over the generations they had shrunk in height, their skin had become a peach hue similar to most dwarves and humans, and their hair golden."- WoWWikiI would just like to point out, as far as i've come to understand (correct me if i'm wrong) but Quel'Dorei and Sin'Dorei have been known to have a range of golden/ yellow, peachy beige to pinkish red as their primary skin colours, due to the exposure of the magic from the Sunwell. These new darker tones, to me, looks more red then they do brown, which in the case of Blood Elves, are essentially lore friendly.Even though it makes them look more like their fel curropted counter parts.I am not against brown/black elves. But i am one of the lore fanatics that doesn't like sudden changes that goes against lore, which in this case, is what differs the High/Blood elves, from their Night Elf ancestors. Having them add to the lore, or make a Dark Elf race, i would absolutely love.I find calling someone racist for pointing out something that could be a lore change without explanation utterly ridiculous, but having more customization in WoW is something i am very thrilled about, and very glad to get in Shadowlands.
I hope if this is a customization attached to "underwear" that we see some new ones along with the bead options.
