Yes! I had suggested this many xpacs ago--- a story mode for those who won't even dip toe into LFR but want to see all the storyline unfold. Very nice!
Is a 5th difficulty really needed in this game? LFR already doesn't teach anything and provides a deeply boring and unrewarding experience, what is this even for?
HYPE! Could it be?
people who want it challenging; why? its a story mode bc its gonna be faceroll for the bad player to see the story
LFR was story mode. This feels pointless. "SOLO PLAYERS" - MMORPG.
Awesome change, alot of us PvP'rs or casual players will really appreciate this.
Not a CE raider but I do Mythic prog. Dont think this is a bad idea to be honest. Potential to zone in when ever you want, Might be able to see new mechanics. Might get some rewards for full clearing it. I dont know. But its not a terrible idea.People who constantly trash talk LFR need to take a break. Since all of you still do LFR for your weekly 1 Dinar with the current Season 4. So..... Saying remove LFR and yet you all still do it to " benefit " from it is honestly the dumbest argument possible.LFR serves a purpose and it will always serve a purpose.Story mode " depending on what we can do " will ALSO serve a purpose and potentially be a new challenge with rewards. Quit crying about new features. Or would you rather just get a new Xpac with 0 features? Oh wait.... you all will still cry about that as well.
It's also entirely possible that this is the game's internal label for the instance it has to generate for quests that send you into the raid, but are not actually the raid.Up until now, those have mostly (all?) been solo affairs, but perhaps there are group quests that happen in a raid instance in TWW.
Cool but if it has gear rewards I think that would warrant a serious reconsideration of the purpose of LFR within the current game.
this is very good!I hope they extend it to heroic dungeons too.Like the Boralus one in BFA which is like the last chapter of the whole Storyline over there!
This is even better than raid finder, now you dont even need to queue to finish raids, and we have been asking for that since long ago, although quest progression should be account wide
I think this is a fantastic idea and I can't wait to see it implemented. I recognize that it might be best to leave all 5 difficulties so that people who prefer one style of gameplay aren't affected by this addition. However, I would love to see this replace LFR while giving LFR style loot. I also think they should combine normal/heroic and then leave a mythic level. This is similar to how it used to work in the game, just with a nice option for casual players that should have always been there.
Story, Heroic, Mythic. The rest is a joke anyway.
