The CM sets have 2 other unreleased color variations, just add them instead, both the people that want them to be exclusive, and the ones that wanna get it will be happy. Similar to the Felbear from the new mage tower.
"Nooooo don't let people get things that were only temporarily obtainable 10+ years ago and are held by maybe .5% of the active playerbase" Bruh. Put the fun things back in the game. Miss me with that nonsense. Been playing since vanilla and I have 0 issue with previously temporary things put back in the game. For a lot of them, it's been a very long time. That said, wont happen with these. These will probably be updated things, such as that upgraded Ironforge guard that popped up some months ago.
W but please no duplicates <3
Mage Tower and Challenge Mode weapons and armor would be sick! Please do those! Also old legendaries like Atiesh!
There is so many cool things blizz can do but no instead we re release stuff... keep limited stuff limited dont bring back @#$% ppl earned . again make new ^&*! so boring to get old and same items over and over
This could also be something related to the new mega dungeon. It has time themed elements so maybe "from the past' is more flavor than literal as everyone seems to be interpreting it. Running with the speculation though (old tmogs) , hopefully this is a new tool/template they can use to award people random transmogs they don't own from past expansions. As a sort of rando reward they could pepper in places all around the game. What comes to mind from the past are those old CTA bags that had cosmetic rewards. Mounts/pets/ toys ect. As a collector, If the bag gave tmogs on top of everything else I think it could further incentivize people to queue up for runs.
Its most likely linked to the archaeology event that was just showcased. This means i highly doubt it will be Challenge mode or Magetower skins. It will just be recolours and old skins that was never implemented and nothing more.
Surely these will be the old naxx appearances that were posted about a few days ago?
Give the boomers a Feat of Strength so they'll stop whining hopefully and let everyone else have removed appearances. Permanent removal of items may have made sense back in 2004 when we didn't know any better, nowadays it's just stupid. There is no downside to this if you're not the type that attaches arbitrary sentiment to the fact that they have a shiny thing no one else does.
