For all those who wondered about which zone need flying : I hate mounts and, so, use them only when it is trully necessary ; and i can certify that the zones where flying is required (from BC to MOP at least) are :- Blade's edge mountains (for Ogrilla)- Netherstorme (to get the dungeons)- Shadowmoon Valley (to get to the netherwing ledge)- Borean Toundra (to get to the nexus)- Stormpikes (for most quests)- NOT Icecrown (you can get to the ground from the flying ships, but you need to die to do this, so it's pretty though)- Deepholm (for most quests)- Uldum (for some quests)- Twilight Highlands (to get to the krazzworks)As far as I remember, no mop zones require flying.
I think this is an amazing idea it allows you to pick what you want bc a lot of people get mad about their starting zones espcially casuals they dont know in their realm what it is going to look like and some people get triggered so showing an option of what it will look like is good for the new player
Dear Blizz this PF change is horrible. Some of us took breaks and organized there schedules to get PF on our account's.To see it gone for something like this is dishurting and nulifyes my past playtime. This is not like going into raids and get curves/titles and mounts that you can bolster about after they are inaccessible anymore. These where always something like a goal post for some of us to get to.
I wouldnt be surprised if they make those Pathfinders FoS and newcomers can purchase flying, something that should have been done shortly after those expansions were over. Not only would it encourage new players to stick around, but it would also get rid of the frustration of having to carry your friends around, thus making leveling a lot smoother for everyone.
Still wrapping my head around the PF and it being removed.Ffs then remove the Shadowlands requierments too.Feels like a pointless playthrough if im being honest.Gone request my SL refund and write my feedback..what do they care it's only 55€ and 13€ sub money from me.
Sanicjuggs eh
WHAT pathfinder for gold! who's idea was this?awful
So Alpha is looking like Alpha and not a complete game. No news is good news. Click here so I know what you guys think.Shame you didn't have anything to actually say in this article other than the above. Perhaps a link to said blizzcon feed of this topic would be better than just mere mentioning it. Even if you required a virtual ticket to see (and you said that as well before the video). Guess you read this for hopes of a dribble of relevant info or you skip to Beta testing posts, lesson learned eh?
