Nice.
that kinda nice but considering the reagant bag can be used whenever you want this bag just becomes kinda obsolete. only use is for gathers have a bag that will hold at the stuff they collect.
"Taking junk and combining it into better junk"
Now that's what I call a quality of life upgrade!
As a newish player this is great news. I'm still going through previous expansions. Now my inventory is dictating what I do and when. Doing one expansion at a time just isn't realistic, especially with Timewalking encouraging us into different expansions for a week.
A lot of ESO players pay for ESO+ specifically for this kind of bag (granted the craft bag in ESO is infinitely large, I think). This is a great QoL change.
I'm still somewhat worried about the impact of near-unlimited reagent/crafting material storage. Will super-goblins be able to sway the entire economy or will there be enough inventory input to offset it? With current supplies, perhaps, but what about old mats? Will there be any demand? Will there still be a mild supply? How will that play out? It's hard to fully envision that future, when buying power extends to the full realm *and* you aren't restricted by the inconvenience of juggling 1 million cloth or leather as a single buyer.
This, combined with the new increased stack size, is looking like a welcome improvement.
This article should include the new stack sizes that they mentioned in their earlier article.1000 for mats.200 for potions. That’s the juice. Sounds like mats with diff quality but the same resource will take their own slot, e.g gold quality flower, diamond quality flower, therefore many slots will be used.In case you missed it:
Bots rejoice.
That's great... But please give us more Reagent Tabs in the bank. >.<
should be big enough to store at least 1k of every crafting mat in the game ;P
It's also worth noting that reagents aren't just limited to crafting professions. If this works like the reagent bank in towns does, stuff like the Mechagon scraps and boxes and batteries or, importantly, the Zereth Mortis protoform materials and genesis motes can all go in the reagent tab. That means in all likelihood any returning variant of the protoform system (which they indicated in an older interview they'd like to bring forward) won't take up our bag space, either.
This is going to be interesting. With 3 qualities we probably are looking at 200 to 250 different crafting materials. Not materials one character needs but likely materials one character gathers like cloth.A crafting bag with for example 40 slots should cover quite a time before the surplus has to be send away or sold. The reagents bank has 98 slots, I rather have it expanded by a couple of rows or a second tab than addinga practically limitless crafting bag with 160 slots for example.
