Chronofade occasionally double-ticking and “one shotting” players in high keys even when they stand completely still is frustrating beyond belief, it’s been a problem for an unreasonable amount of time now and I can’t help but find it irritating that (unless it isn’t documented/noted anywhere) despite taking the time to alter the spell to make avoidance work on it, they left the biggest problem with it unresolved.
Chronofade needs more action. If it is dispelled in the light area it should only hit people once whether they are moving or standing still. Some sort of internal cooldown to only hit once would work probably.
Thanks Tettles! 🤨 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Tattles strikes again
Well there are a few mechanics each season players try to dodge standing on rocks/pillars/fences, its about time blizzard just change that charge into a leap. Problem solved.
See this is why I really don't follow high end M+. You basically have to know how to cheese mechanics and use 'creative gameplay' to do the fights. And if you don't then you're flamed for not being optimal.
Too bad these dungeons are still massively overtuned... Blizzard is so incompetent in tuning and game balancing, its not even funny anymore...And yet they keep removing workarounds that players found to make those massively overtuned dungeons somewhat doable... Blizzard should be ashamed of own incompetence...
Man can we stop sugarcoating it with words like "cheese" and "tech" and call a spade a spade. Players discovered an exploit, and that exploit is now fixed. Anyone who used it is a cheater, and should have caught a suspension. But it probably got too widespread for that, and they should consider themselves lucky. Yet above this comment there are probably those trying to justify why this criminal behavior is acceptable.Pro tip: If you see something like this, instead of telling your group to exploit it, you tell your group to open up the in-game tool and report it, then do the encounter normally. But did anyone do that? Like can we start making videos encouraging players to report issues instead of exploit them?Until the "M+ community" starts to act and think differently, nothing they say/do should be taken seriously by the devs or the rest of the playerbase. Until the weekly hotfix isn't just cataloguing the latest dungeon exploit shown on a stream or video, M+ as an endgame does not deserve anyone's respect or time.
Thanks tettles , it’s not like Dps kind of needed
