I want to be the very best...

This looks like a lot of fun! Cant wait to try it out.
To collect them is my real test.
Just say no to Pokemon

Gotta catch 'em all !
What, Thrash doesn't leave the pet confused after 2-3 turns? Blizz, I am disappoint.
Soooo, do all of these behave as standard non-combat pets as well? Will my engineer be tailed by a tiny harvester while I'm burning down mobs?
Hmm. So a pet like Frosty would be sorted as something like Dragon/Undead or something, right? (Assuming you're allowed two types, but it'd be hard to imagine a Phoenix Hatchling as just Flying rather than Flying/Elemental...)Would be interesting to see him casting Pyroclasm and Flamethrower... heheh...But I'm still left with questions as to the sorting. The Lasher sorted as 'Mythical' would do just as well under 'Elemental', wouldn't it? And what about 'item' pets like Balloons, Kites and Lanterns?
So...many....new pets. It's almost sad how excited I am about this feature. I never thought I wanted Pokemon in my WoW, but once they announced it at Blizzcon, I was just like "Well that sounds fun." Now with all this new info it's more "OMG this is going to be the best thing ever!"
I can't wait for more information. I still want to know exactly how the whole thing is going to work.
Sooo... does my Spirit of Competition count for anything in this?
Loving this idea finally something I can do with the mounting heaps of vanity pets I have... all pets will be able to fight? If it is not already to late to ask for can our high lvl or most evolved vanity pets give the owner a buff when they are out and active? Heck even if it cosmetic or were talking 1-3% increase on stats or abilities I'd be happy.More Food for Thought from ---WhiteyActually inclosing thoughts I would very much like to see pets become completely BOA as far as pets that can't be claimed by newer toons like the spirit of competition and onxyia's whelping!I would love to have them on my new panadas!
At first glance, water-type seems good. It resists three types, with none being super-effective against it. In addition, it gets a heal. Capture a water-based pet with bulky defenses, and just chip away.
Am I the only one left with an early Aprils fool joke feeling? :P
