Personal loot is %^&*, let us keep master loot, it's turning more and more into D3 trading restriction
HA. I got my ass so kicked in Redridge last time I was there, I knew it had to be a bug.

I loved Reforging, one of the best things ever. Now we need to stand Versatility.
Oh no, we can't trade gear we don't want because ilvl doesn't always equal upgrade. Let's just remove all stats in the future too so there'll be no more confusion, and ilvl can be the be all and end all of power.
Not allowing players to trade loot unless they have a higher iLvL piece in the same slot ensures players aren't bullied into trading pieces they may want. This goes back to when Dragon Soul LFR first came out. Players rolled need on gear even if they didn't want or need an item just to stop others from getting it who did need it. Then when trading was allowed, some players would gang up on another to get them to trade loot to someone else. I've had a few ask me if I needed an item and I'd have to tell them it was an upgrade either for my current spec or my offspec and equip it so they stopped bugging me.Like it or not, Blizzard keeps implementing things because there are enough complaints from players about being bullied. They may not be on the forums due to posters furthering the harassment, but Blizzard's obviously getting complaints and it's enough to incite them to do something. A few bad apples can spoil the barrel for those that are using things appropriately. You shouldn't be angry with Blizzard for these changes. Blame the ninja looters. Blame the loot hoggers. Blame the entitled pricks. They're the ones that led to the change. If you have a better idea about how to combat loot drama, then rather than whine about how Blizzard's handling it, make your own suggestion. If you can only whine, you're part of the problem, not the solution. You're not helping at all. Clearly the old way wasn't working so something needs to change.
