WoD is the expansion that just keeps on disappointing, isn't it?
I find it very interesting that all eight allied races end up having female leaders.I get that many are mad about the direction they chose for Yrel, but I for one am at least interested. It does pose a question of whether the draenei were always really good-hearted by nature or were they so because Velen forced them to.
How come that Anachronos helps one of the side? He must now what Sylvanas and HER Horde did and yet he willingly helps them to get more soldiers for their cause, while all of Draenei from AU Draenor are, after all they've been through, especially Yrel, depicted as zealous fanatics even LF Draenei from our universe are not that fanatic and they fought under Xe'ra's command for thousand of years. While there are Mag'har on Outland, which would be much better, but no they went to AU Draenor again...
You know, the more and more I think about the scenario plays out, the more upset I get in thinking of how awful and wasted everything in the scenario is. I'll still enjoy making and leveling one of these guys up but it definitely won't wash out the terrible taste this scenario leaves in every way.
cant trust the alliance.
I'm surprised it's the AU Draenor Orcs - much hassle could've been avoided if it was just the Outland Mag'har.
I am 11000/21000 myself. A guildie is 16000/21000.Ive skipped a lot of honorbound wqs, and ive not done a lot of island expeditions.
So Illidan was right... the Light is as bad as the void, it only has different means to impose its will, but in the end it wants to do the same hive-mind (we are all one) kind of move to convert everyone and destroy those who oppose it.I see an expansion war of Light and Void coming
So... any particular reason, why Bronze Dragonflight help Horde by acting exacly aganist their own ways, essentially making themselves new Infinite Dragonflight, other than deus ex machina to give Horde Mag'hars?
We're about to get Yrel next expansion to Make Azeroth While Again, after her success in Draenor. But, seriously, I'm starting to see Yrel as dogmatic as all thise lefties and alt-righters since it's not so much evil as it is a profound fanatism and lack of critical thinking that keeps her from seeing what's wrong about her crusade.
Kind of weird to see the Bronze Dragonflight helping out the Horde, considering how the Horde slaughtered the Blue Dragonflight just before Theramore. You’d think that kind of thing would cause some trepidation.Oh well, lore lol.
This is truly starting to bug me. For those who have actually looked into the Light over the years it's not hard to see that the Light is a neutral force and has been for some time. Because it's not sentient. It does not know what you do, nor does it control what you do either. It just is. It can be used for both good and evil as long as the wielder is faithful and deem whatever they are doing as right. As we see with the Scarlet Crusade and they are just one example, there has been more shown over the years. So this badly written and over exaggerated "Look neither the Light or Void is good/evil!" is redundant. It has already been shown to us in a better way. This only gives people a skewed view of the Light, that it is some force that will always corrupt and is malicious. The Light doesn't corrupt by itself. Power, outside influences etc corrupt the people who worships it. Same as in Legion it is not the Light, it's a darn Naaru and the Naaru aren't the Light. They are beings who follows and depends on it, same as the AU draenei. The Light worship of Azeroth even have 3 tenets that is: Respect, Tenacity and Compassion. It's all about being understanding and caring to one another. With Tirion Fordring dead and Blizzard's little crusade with this, adding zealots everywhere, we actually need more Light followers that is not some fanatic. But instead a good natured and honourable follower of the Light.Well, that's my rant and because it's already a bit long I'm not even going to start with how all the Horde allied races join without objections or uncertainties. "For the Horde" is more "For the Forsaken/Scourge 2.0" these days. That's my 2 cents of it all.
You will be happier if you just accept Blizzards new lore. The Light is the most evil thing in the universe because of reasons, and the Void is just misunderstood and can actually be used for good.
Exactly my same thoughts, human character not even 10k/21k 7th legion...
