My Dalaran Ring definately took a run for its money this week. Hearthing and porting made travel time a LOT quicker when I ended up on those more out-of-the way places. If you're planning this out ahead of time (like uh, at work), don't forget these travel options to save time. Plot out mini-routes with the goal of keeping mounted/flight travel to a minimum.*Hearthstone to Dalaran*Kirin Tor Hearth to Dalaran*Tabard Hearth to ICC then fly to Dalaran (last resort, but great option if you're stuck somewhere like Ashazara)*Dalaran portal to southern Tanaris*Mage portals to Theramore*Scroll portal to Moonglade*Direbrew's Remote to Grim Guzzler (I then killed myself and rez'ed (debuff oh well) at Thorium Point to get the Searing Gorge elder and then LBRS and BRD)...saves time vs. hearthing (especially if all hearths on cooldown) and then flying.*Keep yoursel fin LFG for the dungeons at all times. Its a great time-consumer to get your hearths off cooldown as well.Including hte dungeon runs, it probably took me about 3 hours to do everything and I always had some hearth option at the end of a route.
She appears on the Lunar Festival World Event page too. :)
The Miyari pic is the best thing about the guide this year, since almost nothing changed about the holiday from last year. :P
Lunar Fest was not over at 8:00a.m. on 3/7/2010 as stated.Like most events from Blizz the reset hour is 12a.m. server time. For me this was 1a.m. and I was 4 min late getting my Mage there. But It's okay....there is always next year!~ :)As far as that huge stack of Elder coins; what do we do with those? I spent 5 on a dress and still have 65 more. ?
