According to someone on the official forums, they have removed the Ulduar farming for charms. Have not logged in to check yet.
Bombing runs in Icecrown are a great way to get charms - just don't turn the dailies in until you've got as many charms as you want. Did that for an hour and a half this morning and came out with 40+ charm bracelets.

Additional info that should be added to the guide:*Love Boats added in Undercity, Stormwind, and Darnassus. Each boat has 2 seats, and sharing a boat with another player will make a heart appear over both player's heads as they enjoy a lovely ride. No other benefit.*Perfumes and Colognes: standing near a player with the opposite type of fragrance will give both players a stat buff that lasts as long as they are near each other (I can't find the name of the buff because I can never find another guy who sticks around long enough for me to test it and write down the name).*Lovely Charms can be created from getting the killing blow from NPCs that another player has tagged (their name is gray to you). Annoying and/or profitable. Your choice.*No Love is in the Air achievements were removed, but instead they had their names and requirements changed. Players who completed old achievements that no longer exist are granted credit for the new versions, even if they aren't able to complete them (for example, Nation of Adoration previously required the original 3 capitol cities for your faction, but it's new version requires Exodar/Silvermoon as well. Nonetheless, the achievement has been granted to players without Burning Crusade if they previously had it).*You have a typo on "Shafted!" with a broken link.
Not sure if anyone caught this, but under the random daily quests, the cologne and perfume items are switched in the guide's description:
Recent in-game fix: "Any player who has a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit in their bags now has a chance to receive a Lovely Charm when in a group or raid and a group member gets a killing blow as long as they are within a certain range of the kill." (source)
Honestly, the new SFK bosses aren't hard at all. We have 2 manned it, resto druid/unholy DK, then we had 2 tanks 2 deeps and 1 healer, then we ran with 4 deeps and a healer. No wipes whatsoever, easy smooth runs. Toxic Wasteling and Fumigators mask dropped once each.
Can't get into Naxx unless your 80 so yes, Pity the Fool does need that.
