Maybe being more specific on times available (although that might be difficult to implement). For example, if I can Raid on Tuesday and Thursday, maybe I can match with a Guild that Raids on Tuesday and Friday.Cheers.

Uh.Wow. Didn't see that coming. (Lol)
Missing option: " PvE PvP"I'm looking for a new guild, but I want a PvP-oriented guild, not some guild that raids at some time 'cause that's not what I'm looking for.
This is a good idea to be implemented. However, I do see this as need a lot more work than what I currently see in the screen shots.A function that would help would be to review your play time as like a statement for the month, and somehow forward that as part of your application. This is a lot of personal info to forward, so perhaps a field to enter play times /hours played per day of the week.Guild applications are the best way to weed out and filter people from joining your ranks. They are extremely complex and varied however. And I don't see how this would be to substitute for that. At best this will just be a way to market and advertise to only those who are interested.Perhaps also a display/tracking of previous guilds belonging to. They try to stop guild hoppers with the intro of guild rep, but then do this to foster a quicker in and hot into guilds? Don't mean to be so negative. I think its a great idea, just not sure yet on the implementation.
They need to add an RP option somewhere, Blizzard HAS implemented RP servers. and people do use them for that.
For those of you wanting all of these options, the more options you add the more it takes to run it.The comments section can easily fix most of your problems. If they put a million options it's gonna take up more data and probably turn people off from using it.
For AT, we have a very set list of requirements as far as behaviour, age, character naming as well as determine the quality of a player by the depth of their application. On top of this, we have several officers that need a collaboration to determine eligibility. The Looking For Guild won't be particularly useful for us if we can't have a good barometer on who we let into the fold.
Speaking of the Raid Finder tool......I really wish Blizz would get on making that better. Starting with making it easy to find so people actually know it exists, of course. Would love to be able to PUG older content (would never PUG the new stuff) without having to spam chat or listen to people talk crap about the raid you wanna wanna do.
