What "Horde Story"? Sylvanas is Warchief and seems to be using its new perks to try to get some sort of godhood/immortal life from it.
More histrionics than I expected about the removal of the exalted requirement for class mounts. Seriously, guys, who is this hurting? I say this as someone who has been exalted for nearly a week now, but I really don't see how other people getting access to nice things with slightly less of a grind should worsen my experience of this game. Never mind that any toon who has done the whole legionfall campaign is going to be most of the way to exalted anyway (I don't think we know exactly how much rep you'll get for all the required quests put together, but at 1.5k a week for the main quests for a dozen weeks plus a variety of other required content that gives smaller chunks of rep, we're probably looking at well in excess of 20k).Also, there was never a good reason to get exalted this early to get ready for class mounts anyway. There are reasons to ding this early, like paragon chests, but class mounts aren't one of them. We've known for weeks now that class mounts wouldn't be available until the end of the legionfall story, as well as that said end would come sometime in June. We've also known that the legionfall campaign would provide a constant stream of rep gains, making hitting exalted this early unnecessary. I'm sure some people didn't know those things, but if a person's complaint is "I'm being penalized because people who aren't as hardcore as me are getting access to something," they don't really get a pass on not doing their homework.
Choices for timewalking raids? I think it depends on their difficulty. If they are at a roughly "Normal Raid" level, then I'd pickUlduar for Northrend (acknowledged as a great raid and wasn't out for very long)Throne of Thunder for Pandaria (which never had what we now consider a Normal mode)Firelands for Cata (the only real choice, as the others are too small and DS to full of transitions)
Most world quests give 75. A turnin for a container gives 150, which is 90% less than a typical emissary quest though it's admittedly more flexible thanks to missions and the fact more than 4 world quests spawn in a given zone in a day. However, getting even a few thousand rep with just the world quests is a pretty time-consuming affair, while the quests (once they're all out), can be done in rapid succession. Getting bottlenecked by world quests is no fun, as the Nightfallen reputation has shown, so I don't think it's a good idea to do it again even if the way it happens this time is very different.Edit: I don't mind having to do it once, but 12 times is too much.
Exalted isn't that hard to get to on your main, just doing Broken Shore content. But a lot of people have a lot of alts, and want to get the mount as conclusion of their class order campaign too. So basically the only thing requiring Exalted would have done, is punish alts. And there's enough complaints about that already. So, blizzard removing that requirement makes sense and was predictable, given how things worked out.Third time they asked one of my questions. I was Anroka, asking the one about if the invasions would continue after this patch. Let no one tell you it's meaningless to ask questions in the Q&A. Just phrase it better then "You have raped my class! Why don't you kill yourself?".
Nothing about the ilvl scales with monsters hp or must have missed it somewhere... tldr i guess
IMO they should have kept the rep requirement for class mounts but doubled rep gains for alts.
wow, most people have legendaries on all their main specs? i just got a 3rd one on my main last week, my 6 alts that are in broken shore have yet to see one drop
