As a Night Elf Druid guy, this kinda annoys me. Human Druids aren't lore breaking but like... you shouldn't give something that in-lore fits both Worgen and Night Elves, to these new races just so people will actually play them. Why not next time, you make more forms open to everyone? Or at the very least, let everyone chose their form appearance separate from their normal appearance? (why does green hair = purple fur? WHY NOT PURPLE HAIR = PURPLE FUR?) I can understand the Zandalari being the only ones with dinoforms, if Gonk the Raptor wasn't the reason the Darkspear returned to Druidism. But this... the second Claws of Ashamane appearance was a wooden cat. Treant cat. So why are you locking wooden bear form off from the people who actually live amongst Ancients and Treants? Im not trying to rain on the parade: this is a cool form. But things like this shouldn't be locked off to a race: why should I be doomed to be a mediocre bear while HUMANS of all things get special druid forms from the get-go? At least the Tauren ones were tame, their only special ones were culturally fitting and still animals. Zandalari was also fitting because of their culture and location. Wooden bear form though... it just doesn't soley fit these humans. I really hope they decide to make things like this unlockable across your account, because I am starting to feel a lil' cheated I had to work for decent bear forms, and these guys get even better ones free. Also to people upset we get this but Zandalari don't get Paladins: Your totally right: Prelates have existed since WC3 and blizzard is just being lazy and unfair, especially since Dark Iron can be shamans. However, one bit of lore being screwed over doesn't mean, as lore nerds, we should want more lore ignored or screwed over. Nature isn't racist: there is nothing stopping humans from being taught by lesser wild gods. In-fact, there are straight up Wild Gods who look like cloaked men made of wood. Add that knowledge from WoTA(where they were shown, along with the "fox with a gnomes expressions" wild god and stickbug wild gods) with Cataclysm showing Gilneas, whose people expanded and founded Kul'tiras later, and this works. Zandalari Paladins are totally deserved, but that alone doesn't mean we should ignore more lore just to suit the Horde: BfA is ignoring enough of the depth of Azeroth as it is so far.
None of the new Allied Races would have been in Northrend at the time of the resurrection of third generation Death Knights, except perhaps Dark Irons.
Hnnnng.
Much better than Vulpera...
Meh. I'd love to see more druid races, and I'm glad that there is variety being offered! I just don't care for the 'wicker monster' look.
Might be a universal look for all druids (like artifact appearances)? That aside: WHERE IS MY LOWER JAW?
How can this go against the lore? There is almost no lore on the subject, it is being written along with the expansion.
so we are defintly getting fat humans....that's disappointing...well to me at least...
Really hope the old moonkin models get some love too. Highmountain didn't get anything special at all.
This makes me laught... I get people $%^&*ing when I say GNOMES should never be druids but it is bad for humans ... FFS
Dayum! That's one cool looking bear! Looks something straight out of the Witcher 3!
Wicker beast tree form!
Not a big druid player but Im definitely rolling a burly bear man! Those look amazing, can't wait to see the remaining models. Shame to see so many butthurt people though... come on peeps, nobody will force you to play the class, and as stated by many users before me - human druids have been around for a while. WoW is a fantasy game with space goats and rocket science elements, human druids should not be a concern.
Ok! Its a bear? Right, right blizzard...the way things are going, I do not know what the game will become.I just know I'm not liking what I've seen lately.
