I hope botters can't find a way around this. Good job Azerothian Geniuses!
blizzard should reduce the cooldown of these toys and turnip punching bag tp 1 min. so I can camp them and hunt them ^^
Ya know Wowhead gets all kind of flak about "hey post real articles not stuff like this", I thought this was a hilarious read. I got a kick out of it! Cheers.

Easy to way to determine if it's a bot or a legit multiboxer: If they're stopped in their tracks for 5 minutes, it's a bot. If they immediately move on to the next node, it's just a multiboxer
I wish I could figure out a way to mess with the bots at El'dranil Shallows, Azsuna. They don't even target mobs. They just somehow run in circles spamming AOE, pausing to loot on occasion.
A few weeks ago I got enough abyssal fragments for cheap to summon the rare, and when I went to the mine I found a bunch of bots probably farming for the horse, and I drug the boss up there near them A) for some free damage on it and B) to see if it would kill any of them since they seemed to all be level 50 for the most part, and while it didn't kill them, I did get a bonus C) the boss had some kind of gravity well ability that started dragging them around the room, I was laughing so hard. Then the person showed up and cussed me out, it was great.
I've been reporting bots, bugs, and glitches for nearly 3 years now.... can I put "Unpaid Quality Assurance Intern at Blizzard Entertainment" on my resumé?
Botters is a pox on the game, they deserve every inconivience comming their way.
The coushions worked great, managed to stop two groups of botters with it them, but as they only last 2 min its not a big lose for them it seems. I just wish Blizz would actually do something about them, and yes i do report them and i get the mail but they can come back
My proposal would be to place a 1min cooldown on /follow. So after unfollowing a charactar you need to wait 1min until you can follow again. While this would not impact most legitimate players seriously, it would hurt multibox farm bots a lot.
i would like to go as far as putting an actual hardware ban on them. i dont care that blizz or any other company knows what cpu etc im running, as long as they dont start scanning my HD.ip bans wont work because of vpn and stuff ( i guess, im not a techie) but hardware bans like on CPU will deffo start doing the job.but then again, one can only dream about that kind if thing actually happening.
