Don't care about the icon, the paintings being censored or straight up deleted was stupid though.
Isn't there some fireworks item with the same icon as well? I hope they don't forget to change it cause it's unacceptable!
Removed
I can't fuss over this since it's an icon upgrade/makes it more true to what it's supposed to look like. Whereas the paintings, the achievement name changes, the removal of "greenskin" are actual changes and removal of stuff.
Yea, this doesn't really impact my enjoyment of the game. The paintings didn't really affect me either, so... Godspeed, Blizz. Hopefully the things that matter inside the company are resolved properly and things can get back to better roads. Doubt it'll go back to "the good ole days" since those are genuinely impossible to recapture at this point.Still looking forward to the actual content the patch is bringing, though!
Actually that Is an improved icon, now does resemble the Rocket instead of a generic_pink_stick.jpgGood job in this case
They're nerfing the whole world, getting ready to remove the teen rating.
If someone got phallic from the old model, I'm sad to say they are going to still get phallic from every other rocket icon. That topic aside, resembling closer to the actual mount is always great and welcome of a change. Never a fan of misrepresentation myself.
we all know what this is referring to. surely it's time to remove it from the game, right?the icon change is fine though. it should have matched the mount from day one. i don't know that this was a censorship change rather than just something someone saw and thought to fix
"After 12 long years!" good grief. This is a good change but you say this like it was such a huge point a contention and some major victory after a long struggle lol. Wowhead writers are so bad.
Let me guess. This was another sexual reference that most people didn't pick up on.
after 12 long years i still yet to get this mount.
now it looks like torpedo boobs, gg blizz
While this isn't a big deal....The people who come to these articles just to mock those that are (mildly) upset is lame. It's clearly not about the change in particular but what it represents for the future of the game. Many of us don't want to play a game that is bland and void of any adult humor. The game we fell in love with many long years ago had adult humor and so it feels like they're are chipping away one tiny piece at a time at the game we loved. In any case, some people may prefer the new direction, but being annoyed at the changes is a valid opinion and people are entitled to it.
