I love this entire thing start to finish so much. Challenge accepted.Oh god, all the other comments are whining. Listen, this is the crafter/collector's version of mythic raiding, It's excellent. The gold costs are fine, if you're the type of person who was already established doing transmog sales.
I have a paladin I can now trade gold to on a dead server that can buy the tier 3 Redemption armor off the bmah for 100-200k a piece. The helm went for 15k the other day.
I was super happy when I saw T3 was coming, Iv always wanted this set on my druid but seeing as its 2.8m its kinda hit me in a sad place. I dont have that kinda gold or know how to even make that kinda gold. I understand people have spent millions on the sets from BMAH, But my friend paid like 100k for her full set (got it from a very low pop russian server or somthing and moved back). The sad side of me wants it to me 100% farmable even if it takes me a while to do so. Farming all the mats and crafting could take me 2/3 months maybe longer if needed to get the full set. But.. i guess now it makes part of me wanna be a gold farmer to make the set iv longed for wanting for years.
Wow, the fact that you have to have that achievement is so $%^&. My friend and I had really been looking forward to this, but it is only for an exclusive few. !@#$ing lame gatekeeping.
Imagine spending 3m gold on a, what, 17 year old transmog? Only becuase it was available ages ago? Yikes.
Wow, the one thing I was excited for ends up being just as horrible as it is on the BMAH. What a way to kill the mood.
Another way to extract money from you with tokens.WoW is a shell of its former selfe and only here to milk you.
Welp, this was a waste of dev time. Could've been something cool but was implemented horribly. At least we got classic Scholo out of it I guess.
