Yeah no way is Anduin talking no jutsu Xalatath, unlike Sylvanas she is a literal old god with actual long term goals.
Good, I hope knaifu will convert him into the Void making him a powerful shadow priest. His hollow blade will glow with purple light! AND THEN in Midnight he returns to the Light and has a entrence towards the finale when he leads the army of the Light to defend the Sunwell. It would be epic.
Hmm ... I'm having Deja Vu ...
I'm guessing Anduin was Princess Peach's understudy while he was absent from WoW.I shall give my Kul Tiran Warrior a two handed hammer and dress him in red and blue!
So Anduin is Peach at this point... And it's not even fun at all.Terrible scenario.
I swear if they have this whole thing where Anduin is touched (heh) by all the cosmic forces to become some kind of chosen one trope.
"we apparently manage to leave Anduin behind"I readed that as we planned it
Khadgar dies, Dalaran destroyed again, Anduin kidnapped again, can this storyline get any worse lol. Come on bro come up with new ideas, it's really not that hard.. hire some writers.
I love Anduin. I think he's a great character.I am tired of having to rescue his ass.As far as I'm concerned, the only way THIS could become a good story point is if we enter the raid and BOOM, he's right there in the very first room, surrounded by dead nerubians and rockin some void warrior energy. Rescue yourself, dude. THEN I'll be okay with this."I am tired of being overpowered. We need to end this wretched hive. ATTACK!" And he runs to the first boss (after you click a speech bubble and he tells you what's happened, and there's also another speech option that begins the first encounter.)There Blizz, I cleaned up this mess a little.
He'll obviously be freed in the last zone or the raid itself
Well, if the one comic set in the future with Anduin is even remotely a tiny bit canon (although I'm pretty sure that was retconned already), Anduin survives and comes back a bit worse for wear. Something then leads to his eventual return to the light. Granted, with the change to the story, it's just as likely he could flip the opposite direction.Question will be if Anduin goes on a shadow priest or perhaps a shadow paladin arc under Xal'atath. Question then is if he actually works with her willingly or is again forced to work with her. Given what he saw under the Jailer, she's likely interested to find out what he knows. He was likely never in any danger because of that. He's too important to her alive. The cut scene doesn't suggest Anduin falls like Khadgar supposedly does in the TWW opener, so even everyone else knows he has to be alive. Although I honestly expect Khadgar to somehow survive and ends up a raid boss later if he doesn't pull a Gandalf the White stunt.Big twist would be if Xal'atath forces Anduin into marrying her and the two become the overarching villains for the saga, then Anduin backstabs her later on when what the Jailer was trying to stop arrives. That then leads to Anduin flipping sides again to stop that threat resulting in Xal'atath being a means to an end for Anduin to finish what the Jailer was trying to do, but like Blizzard would do that. Anduin likely ends up saved again before becoming another boss and gives insight into Xal'atath's motives to everyone else. Doubt they'd have him be a boss twice. Kael'thas would be getting jealous.
Anduin has become WoW's version of Where's Waldo
I really don't understand why Blizz KEEPS dropping these massive story spoilers in the PTR. All of these story quests should be tested internally. NONE of this sh*t should be in the PTR.
Lmfaoooo the comments never dissappoint. I love the "Princess Peach" term for him now haha
We're going to find him completely safe around a bunch of dead spiders, and he only didn't return because he's still killing spiders, and then people will go "omg! manduin! finally!"
Surely we are not gong to fight Anduin the raid boss again are we?
Surely we are not going to fight Anduin the raid boss again are we?
Name a more iconic duo at this point Anduin & Being Kidnapped
