They actually state several times that after adjusting to the minor differences while wearing the glove, you can type like normal while wearing it. I'm pretty sure they guy even demos that in the vids.
Just throwing it out there:If you use something like AutoHotKey to remap your modifier keys (shift, ctrl, alt) to some extra mouse buttons, then you can double/triple/quadruple your available keys on the glove. ;)
this glove + wireless mouse + wow on a big tv = priest of the future ^_^but i must admit that i am very much looking forward to the right glove... the one that substitures the mouse. rivers of drool are flowing in anticipation.
I saw something like this on a show called "Dragon's Den" (it's a canadian show where people pitch their business ideas to successful entrepreneurs in the hopes of getting some funding).
I don't get what part of being able to touch your thumb to your palm to execute a command is so "liberating" from tapping a key with the keyboard. The hand movements are not fluid. If you're trying to WASD move, you can't comfortably use any of the sensors except your thumb to the side of your index finger without hindering your other fingers, so that can't be the point of it.Why do I want to spend $120 on a glove that tries to boast itself as a non-novelty item when I can grab a Z-board or something for custom keypress macros? As a novelty item, sure, you get to giggle because you can control things in the air with your hand. But as a "srs" toy (and since they got "DotA pros" to do the marketing videos, I can assume they're trying to put a serious spin on it) it doesn't provide any functionality that a cheaper, already pretty dang common device has.
