We're previewing all of the tints for the Rogue Tier Set coming in Patch 9.2, Soulblade Shadowhide. This tier set will also come with 2 and 4 piece bonuses for all three specs, which we
datamined earlier this week
.
There are six tints in total: Mythic, Heroic, Normal, LFR, PvP, and Elite. We are currently unsure which tint will be used for each difficulty, and if the glowing effects will be present on all versions. The bladed shoulders and obscured face are reminiscent of Tier 2 Bloodfang Armor, just with a Progenitor light-themed twist.
If you'd like to compare the Mythic versions of all tier sets, check out our earlier preview:

Except it's posted everywhere you can get your tier set from keystones this time.
"For example: The Great Vault rewards an ilvl 265 non-set chest piece. Once the Creation Catalyst is unlocked and enough Cosmic Flux has been collected, this can be used to make an ilvl 265 Progenitor armor piece that activates the set bonus."
Also states you can take the gear from end of dungeon chest to turn into it and the great vault *CAN* drop an already tier set piece but end of dungeon chests cant
It's not working like that.
You won't be able to get a special set from the M+. It'll be exactly the same one from the Raid but with the same ilvl.
For example: you've got 265ilvl chest from M+? You can change it to the 265ilvl raid chest. It won't be something special just for the M+, it'll be the same piece you can get from the raid.
The colors are:
LFR, Normal, Heroic, Mythic, PvP, Elite PvP
The colors are LFR / Normal / Heroic / Mythic | PvP Horde - PvP Alliance. (just like they always do Red for Horde - Blue for Alliance)
Not really. There wasn't any differences between Alliance and Horde PvP tier sets in Shadowlands.
