just imagine your class being reworked addressing some major issues and finally felt good to play and after 2 months its the third to bottom worse dps on raids, cause the devs don't know how to balance stuff and the class simply doesn't scale, you have 8000 STR? 12000 STR? nice you gained 200 dps! GOOD STUFF!its insane how the devs on blizzard just don't know how to balance their games, they will keep shoving stupid buffs that doesnt do anything like 3% overall damage increase on aoe that is only where rets are decent, instead of addressing the real issue, seriously when the class got reworkd i thought that the new devs were actually people that understood how the game worked, but really man, jesus christ, they should stop putting the guys that answer the phone and serve coffee to balance the game, its time to get some real professionals.at least we enjoyed 1 week on top dps in content that was free for all and didnt really matter for anything.thanks blizzard!
I played a bunch of classes, and decided for me the most fun is BM Hunter. I also like Furry Warrior.I just dont understand why they dont bring those classes up to the same level of other classes....I have worked over 30 years in cpmmercial construction and no longer have a young mans mind or body... I have been hard core gaming since before Everquest, so for about 25 years now, I pay a sub on this game and buy WoW tokens when I need gold.I just don't understand why they won't tune the fun classes that less skilled people can still perform on. Subcreation shows the highest BM Hunter keys are 25, when other people have hit 30. Why not let people play at the level they can while still being relevant and enjoying the game?Why?When I started this season and saw all the articles and videos about how BM hunter was in such bad shape and in a perfect spot for a buff, everyone I knew told me to stick with the class you love and that eventually it would be buffed. I wish that was the case.I only work part time now until I fully retire and some days I just sit in queue gor 16 hours and find pushing keys higher that 23 on a BM hunter is just not worth it. Either I go hours and hours with no invite, or when I do get an invite the groups comp is a joke and the players are very low rating and or skill.I should have just been a meta player like I used to be. But I honestly thought in 30 years, with all the advanced technology amd experience devs have by now, that they would have figured out how to simply keep all classes in games at about the same level.I hope to see a company do this before I am dead tbh, but its not looking like it will happen.Even my Mythic raid guild sees the problem, 50% or more of all applications are BM Hunters or Hunters in general.Anyway, it's just a video game and should be played for fun. But I feel like it's time for a break from WoW and time to return to my old main game BDO. A Korean money grab P2W pos. - Buff warriors (Pve only) by giving it the windwalker & dh treatment : buffing its ST abilities.- Buff hunters (PvE only) by giving it a 3% aura buffs on all specs- Buff rogues (PvE only lmao) by giving it the windwalker & dh treament : buffing its ST abilities- Buff boomkin (PvE only) by giving it a 1% aura buffs- Nerf Enhance (PvP & PvE) 2% aura nerf- Nerf Aug (PvP & PvE) a little bit (2-3% at best overall)- Nerf DK's (PvP & PvE) adress the monsters you've created Blizzard, no class can reach their amount of damage with so little difficulty, at the very least 4% aura nerf for unholy and a small breath nerf for Frost. - Nerf Warlocks a little bit (1-2% aura nerf depending on the spec & keep destro the same)- Nerf Frost & Fire mage (2% aura nerf)- Nerf Feral (1% aura nerf)Then you have an absolute state of balance dps-wise like NEVER before seen.
Pure dps classes without utility at the bottom. Nice balancing.
This statistic is misleading the average player because it's set to the 95th percentile. They should show 50% and not 95% since the game should be balanced for the average player. for 50%, Augment Evoker is just middle of the pack lower half and that is easy to understand. Augment benefits a lot if you optimize your raid for it and if you have good other players in the raid. If you further nerf Augment, it will be absolute dog ^&*! in normal and heroic raids and can only be used by the top guild who know how to perfectly optimize their setup for Augment.Same in M+, sure it's OP for keys >+25 since these keys are being done by the best players who, again, optimize for it. But when you do key <+20 and maybe one of the other 2 DPS is either lower geared or a bad player, Augments damage will plumbed.Blizzard has to decide, nerf it more and only the top 1% will still use it or leave it where it is now and everyone can use it and it stays a little OP for the best guilds/M+ teams.
