This is confusing, how do they go from bottom to the top ? What i am asking is , is it taking the damage the player they are buffing and adding it back to the evoker ?Then i don't feel that reflects the true numbers. i am not sure if that is what it is doing or not. just a question. if the answer is yes then i think the data is flawed. it shouldn't take the damage and put it back on the class that is buffing. it could be said for a mage with intellect that is a buff or a windwalker or a DH for magic damage or take a priests PI and taking the damage off an unholy DK and adding it to a priest. like i said i am not sure just asking.
While I do think several specs, including ret need an ST buff, the reality is, if you only dps, then you need to accept the downside of being a one-dps spec because the odds of being weak at certain content is going to be higher - it even happens that all three specs of a pure dps class are bad sometimes (look at rogue logs on mythic sark). If you're not willing to reroll off of a hybrid to increase your chances of being viable because you don't like the playstyle of anything else, then that invalidates the argument of telling someone who plays survival to play mm (sure it's easier to gear an offspec but you still might not like playing it).
A near %25 DPS difference between top and bottom on single target fights. Nah, there is no problem and you just need to git good, right?%25. A new high. How is this justified? Ah, we are looking at it so just take it and git good. Pathetic. And you people pay a sub for this?
Just quit the game as I did end of s1. Complaining is useless. They look at player base abos. The Devs do a lot *!@# choices. Outlaw was fine in s1. They wanted some number's lower and changed the core of generating combo points. This killed the spec playwise. And it's lacking numbers too now.. and we need a revamp? Put it to the stage from season 1 start.. balancing before expansion has more time and is probably better than mid season.
