If they buff multiple skills by 20% and barely goes up, I think its more of a class talent balancing issue then a class damage issue

to be honnest for now blizzard is doing good, i mean they are fixing some spec with up and nerf, but there is some spec they sill op like outlow or fire mage they are super weak , blizard need to be a bit more faster to fix it. and there is more spec in that situation

I know Spriest players keep wanting for Blizz to take away PI so they can actually be relevant. They should just give them a 10% haste raidwide CD thats on a 4 min CD and be done with it. Im so glad my guild leader let me go enh shaman. I was the only player in the guild that wanted to play Spriest and after realizing Spriest is dogwater and we dont even need a priest i rerolled instantly. If your not PvPing as Spriest, best move on.
And now we see ret’s inevitable decline as people lessen the fights.

Why do the screen shots show "Over a Range of 2 weeks" at the top? That's not an accurate weekly recap if it's including logs from the previous week, before the nerfs/buffs...
So, it appears that the Evoker is the WORST class for DPS by quite a large margin. There are 2 mage specs below devastation, but a mage can go arcane and it'd be one of the very top performers(maybe that's one of the reasons other 2 are that low - all the top people have rolled the best spec), and evoker is stuck with one single dps spec which does not work. Even the shadow priest is better than the evoker. This is silly, considering this class was one of the major selling points of the expansion. Is there any reason blizz keeps them gimped like that? Or the community feedback and live data just does not reach them? This requires an urgent recovery, can not keep it that broken all through the season. Looking at the numbers in logs, it'd take at least ~20% overall damage increase and rotation/talents overhaul to get them out of the gutter, that recent buff to "disintegrate" has changed nothing, it was like they did not know what to do. As of right now i'm not even sure if people who main DPS evokers should keep trying to do anything competitive end game. It's either go healing or stay on bench. Problem is - not everyone can just learn a whole new role and want to play healer and have got a raid spot for another healer.
I believe you posted the wrong or maybe an outdated image? None of the images match the written table, and i cannot replicate the images on wlogs myself. But the table seems about right.
Arms warrior feel so weak to play that it is not fun anymore. Blizzard should increase their damage and remove the long cooldown on selv healing they gave us.
