From inflated legendaries to breadcrumbs. What a trip
I gotta agree with sabretoothed about the UI, WotLK just show us that in retail we have a downgrade... hecc somethimes i forget i have a gliph since it so hard to notice in some big screens
Bring back actual glyphs, retail glyphs are just disgusting and pointless. Scribe is a dead profession because of it.
Missives and tomes were the only viable things once Darkmoon Faire trinkets were useless. I'm using up the mats I have in the bank, having sent anything remotely useful to one of my alchemists, and sold any valuable herbs on the AH, then stopping with Glyphs.I think it'll be the same again in Dragonflight, but scribes will have competition from players for cards, which can also be drops (except for one card). Missives will have a limited market for crafted gear - mostly only raiders and top players will be interested in researching and getting the "right" stats for crafted gear via work orders. I have a horrible feeling that this gear will be replaced as soon as Blizzard developers forget about crafting in the next patch of the expansion. Vantus runes may be a thing, but I don't raid on my rogue & I'm not going to take her into LfR.Basically I'm going to level inscription to craft things needed for alts, (but only if it's less than the AH price), then park my scribe unless anything sure-fire comes along.
