Isn't this the patch with the year long binge of Blizz milking money before the next expansion? So a long grind for that year makes sense?Blizz is a !@#$ though - you pay monthly for subscription. Then pay for the expansion. You'd think the subscriptions would cover the fee of the work for the expansion. :p
Something major noone is talking about btw, 2nd legendary is account wide next patch, just gotta hit revered on a single toon to unlock it on every toon (Legendary recipes are account wide but class restricted, Unity has no class restriction, and tests across classes once purchased on all toons) so much less alt grinding.
The facts were broken up in interviews and this is why there is so much confusion and angry players who don't understand what they're reading.Blizzard:"The entirety of the Cypher system is intended to improve your experience in Zereth Mortis, and will not provide any player power in dungeons or raids. If you have no interest in exploring Zereth Mortis, this system can presumably be skipped on its entirety."John Hight:"But what is certain is that players need to unlock Double Orange by increasing the reputation of Enlightened Brokers in the new area. Of course, unlocking Double Orange is the account. Shared, as long as one character under Battle.net unlocks Double Orange, all characters can get this buff."“The Cypher of the First Ones is a very big system, which will drive a majority of outdoor content, and will be available week 1. The major goal is to incentivize exploration, though raiders should be able to ignore the system if they want to - no raid player power will be bound to it.”These sources explicitly say: The cypher system is not needed for the double legendary, while they clearly said that reputation is.
Imagine being upset because you have to play the game and farm rep to be able to do something. Do you just expect Blizzard to hand it out and say here you go, you can equip 2 legendaries right off the bat. ^&*! all these cry baby people I'm sick of it
good, and I hope they never come back
