Saw a post saying it has to be gear received starting this week. For anyone who is wondering like I was.
You definitely do not need to do assaults to see them, since I can see them without having done any assaults. I believe it's the idea where you need to be in a new instance of the Chamber of the Heart that was created after the hotfix in order to see it.
this has to be the worst possible way they couldve implemented this? really? they just couldnt resist the rng timegating..
So...still for alts or can I get these on my main too..
RNG lottery continues, is it on your item when it corrupts? No. Check vendor? No. No corruption for you!
"Unfortunately, items cleansed prior to maintenance this week remain unwilling to be re-Corrupted."

Not sure what is going on here. The only toon I can see them on is my main. Have done nothing this week besides open the weekly chests. None of my alts can see them. My main had been getting 0 Echoes before this because I had Rank 3s (total BS). Is there some unknown unlock requirement here? There has to be something based on some comments.
Many problems with the visibility of the items inside the vendor currently. From me and my guilds testing this is a most probable fix.First the reason you're probably not seeing them is when you logged in Warmode was OFF. To enable the fix to work, go to Org & turn WM on.Second you need to find a buddy that can see them, note they probably have WM on. Have them meet you inside the chamber and join group. Hope this works for you like it did for me!

For someone who doesn't pay attention to his alts... EVER. This is very annoying. After months of doing content and not getting good corruptions, this is just another pain in my butt. I don't care how easy it supposedly is to get the currency. I'm still at the mercy of a system based on rng. I personally feel the community should ask and should receive the answer on when they decided to bring in this vendor and when they did, why did they not start giving people access to the currency as well. Yes 40k is an arbitrary number, but the point it conveys is not diminished on how inflated it is or is not. Maybe I will get enough essence in the time to get what I want, but again it doesn't make this implementation any less dumb. The corruption system should have always been a system you could opt into instead of out of.
Serious question people defending this do you work for blizzard? Corruption as a system is garbage the vendor just makes it semi palatable but now you have rng on which corruption is up just put them all on the vendor at once this isn't that hard. It's an awful system that we have to deal with until shadowlands so just put them on the vendor and stop making people want to quit. The people who stack expedient are happy and will destory meters for this week meanwhile people who stack crit are going to be hurting. Of course if you want expedient and you don't have echoes banked then you might get another shot at it in a month. Just put them all on the vendor and let people actually mess around with it.
