This is literally nothing. You could have just made one talent that said 'you now deal more damage.' and left it as that. Uninspired/boring. Rogue will continue to be the least played class in the game.
They should have worked more around the "plague damage" thing that is REALLY REALLY cool, new and fits incredibly well with assa, instead of going with this boring ambush deathmark garbage

Looks great for sub rogue. They don't need more complicated stuff to distract your brain, but they do need a few things this tree offers like priority funnel damage (Singular Focus) and some more defensive buffs. Just makes sub more well-rounded and appropriate for all types of content, outlaw has been so good at doing everything that most people just played outlaw so they don't need to learn multiple specs.The tree is pretty boring for assassin. We can assume they will change it to work with Garrote, don't worry about that. It offers good priority target damage, but they can't apply it very often without restealthing between packs or using vanish. However, the priority damage is strong, and "Corrupt the Blood" is so good for multi-target that I think this tree will be strong for assassin even if it doesn't have any fancy mechanics going on.The final talent "Darkest Night" seems to say that the mark will infinitely repeat on targets by refreshing itself when it hits 0, so you only need to apply it once per fight if you don't plan on changing targets. Great boss damage, not so useful for anything else because it's hard for assassin to apply the mark, they can only vanish to do that. Sub rogue can apply it to new targets easily with shadow dance. Assassin also benefits a lot from the free 60 energy, they have enough max energy that it won't get wasted, sub might waste that energy really easily more often than not unless you are giga brained and see it coming.
I gotta be honest idk why everyone is complaining about opening with ambush....since carnage goes after you break stealth the extra DMG from your mark makes up for one less garrote...yeah you lose out of the silence but ALOT of mobs don't just spawn casting you useually silence then and they wait 1 or 2 extra seconds before casting.....we have AOE blind now on a minute CD you can always use blind as a stop it's quite a strong stop....I think this tree plays strong into what sin atleast is good at and thats single Target funnel and in ST this will be strong especially is plague is a poison and stacks with master
