It's not that "Level up... get weaker" is a new concept in WoW are that it did not suck before.I did not like it when they introduced it with Legion, and they still have not gotten it right.

I'm confused how this is supposed to make us overpowered? The entire reason I came back to play wow and resubscribed was because of the ad. For example it said, "overpowered? Maybe. Fun? Definitely." I am definitely not overpowered. Not even close. I was more overpowered 12 years ago in full heirloom gear while leveling through MOP than I am now. Lol
At this point I don't even care if Froggers get punished for exploiting. I just want for my lv 70 to finally get her necklace - AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF BASIC GEAR - without being gate-checked by the "exploit early and often" crowd. I want to finish the meta achievement for NORMAL raids, get my neck, and leave the power gamers to their devices.But as it stands, my new 70 gets auto declined for not being a lowbie (for scaling) or a Frogger. If it were a cosmetic item I wouldn't care, but we have no other current option to get a neck item, so that is where I call foul.I'm more than willing to do the work for the achievement, but give those of us who actually played as intended (and who don't belong to a raid guild) the same chance. Make LFR count for the achievement, and the unlocked jewelry to be account wide for alts to purchase, and I'd be fine with that.
