So enchanting mats are required for EVERY legendary except JC. I'm sure this won't totally result in enchanters jacking up the price and bottlenecking the entire economy for weeks.
Wait... Did they change the requirement to learn the recipes? When I was on beta maybe a month and a half ago, after hitting max on my profession, I had to do a short chain with the Runecarver before I could learn the recipes from the trainers.
Is there an engineer helm this time around? I'm guessing it just isn't a legendary?
The crime here is that there aren't any legendary items coming from alchemy, enchanting, engineering, and inscription.
My 55 leatherworker has 100 and can't see the base items in the recipe list. Wouldn't be at all surprised if there's a quest chain needed.
I have leveled up my tailoring to 100, but the tailoring trainer doesn't have any new recipes to offer me. Am I missing something?
You'll need to speak to the runecarver after you've maxed out your profession in order to unlock the base recipes which I believe requires max level

Worth noting is the fact that you need to be on the Ashes of the Tower. Only then you get the recipes from Profession Trainers.
Why does my rank one craftable Umbrahide armor give me a item lvl of only 175 and not 190?
Nothing for Engineering?
