Brief Thoughts
Overall, you're likely going to have to kill significantly more trash in Court of Stars now. You'll pick up an additional 12 count for completing the dungeon by kilo ling
Gerenth the Vile
to unlock the final boss, but the rest of the trash is mostly nerfs and overall count has increased by 30 as well.
Many groups in Court of Stars already went over count when just completing the dungeon normally with no skips (otherwise known as W key through the dungeon). There was a lot of count that was just obtained from doing the dungeon regularly that these changes probably just makes it so you kill both sides of the second area, rather than being able to skip half of it with good RNG spawns, and you don't feel as bad when you still need to kill another Enforcer or two having already done trash count.

Increasing trash count required isn't a "buff". Not all changes are buffs or nerfs, fellas.
Having to kill more trash within the same time limit technically makes it more difficult and is therefore a buff.
Can we please use normal language when speaking to each other? not made up video game terms that don't make sense in this context lol

By definition ALL changes to rate are nerfs/buffs. Nerfing/buffing is literally a shorthand for saying "relative to some point, this value has increased/decreased".
In this case, we could say "trash count required was buffed" and "trash rate rewarded was nerfed" and both would be accurate AND the same ACTION is BOTH a nerf and a buff; it's all relative.
