http://beta.cuckhead.com/talent#MlwHp0Light's Hammer: I went with it because I couldn't take prism later on, not yet anyway. I'll probably swap to Holy Bolt once I have enough crit that I don't need Sanctified Wrath, or if LH proves to be useless.Unbreakable Spirit: I feel like having more frequent access to my strong defensive cds will be important now with the addition of Light of the MartyrAura of Light: Will probably end up being BiS unless theres heavy magic damage in which case you'll take Devo Aura. The third choice is awfulSanctified Wrath: mmm, so much free critStoicism: Feels mandatory with how that spell works and how much emphasis the devs have put on it being 'our mobility tool'Beacon of Faith: A second beacon? Yes pls. Although Beacon of the Lightbringer might prove useful as well
http://beta.cuckhead.com/talent#Mwxd5z Basically my reasoning for these picks with fury are just to see if I can make him become an unstoppable rage fueled monstrosity that rolls out damage and leaves piles of dead demons in my wake :P
This is probably gonna be my loadout going into Legion. I look forward to any changes, though.
I feel like bribe for rogues is going to be TOO fun. Anyways, here's the spec I'm looking at for leveling as Outlaw:http://beta.cuckhead.com/talent#Mrx9Fz-ZZZVoR- Quick Draw over Swordmaster because it's a >50% increase in effectiveness instead of <50%- Into the Fray because I love passive movement speed increases when I'm running around trying to kill as much as possible as fast as possible.- Vigor because faster combo points > being able to pool them, in my opinion.- Iron Stomach because this is a solo questing, leveling spec for the most part, and this helps with downtime, which will help with maintaining my tier 90 talent buff.- Prey on the Weak to help with killing mobs before cheap shot falls off.- Alacrity for that big haste buff during chain-pulling dungeons and non-stop soloing action.- Marked for Death because 5 free combo points each time I kill a mob and move to the next one is really really nice for killing things in rapid succession, and for keeping that haste buff rolling forever.I'm glad we get to have each spec in the new expansion, because I'm going to want to play all of them.
This looks like a good setup for Legion.
http://beta.cuckhead.com/talent#Mhx9FMThe ones I chose I feel would work best for me in PvE and questing. I really like the narrow escape, it's saved my bacon too many times to count. I felt like piercing shots would add up to me more DoT dmg over the exotic munitions. I was so happy to see Volley back as a spell! Back in Vanilla/BC times that was my favorite spell, and it really kills me that Volley, Murder of Crows, AND barrage are on the same talent row T_T I feel like personally I will be switching between Volley and Barrage, because even though barrage does more damage, it can get you into more trouble >.< (pulling wayyy too many adds). Dark Ranger talent seems misplaced to me; I don't think it should be called that, let alone be an actual talent available. Kill flip seems like personally it would be a good choice for PvP, not too sure you would make the best use of it while questing.Just hope more minor glyphs will be coming out soon! Hunter ones are kinda lame /:
Here's my build: http://beta.cuckhead.com/talent#MrwBPM-ZZZaRmIt will really depend on testing to see if this is an effective build or not, but here are my thoughts:15) Elaborate Planning should greatly increase effectiveness. If the goal is maintain the buff that envenom gives as close to 100% as possible, this should be the strongest talent. It may not be the best until the gear I have allows constant Envenoms (like my gear right now), but it should end the expansion as the strongest.30) Nightstalker is purely my opinion. I prefer the increased run speed while stealthed and use it on our many, many boss wipes.45) Anticipation still looks the best to me just because a wasted combo point is the greatest sin. However, Deeper Strategem looks really nice.60) Elusiveness is still hella useful.75) Internal Bleeding is what I use now and will most likely continue to use. I don't use a lot of bleed effects in PVE, so Thuggee is out, and I don't use Paralytic Poison since I prefer Crippling Poison for adds.90) Alacrity was chosen as a placeholder since I'm not sure on this one. I think it will be incredibly strong in the beginning of the expansion until we can "cap" Haste. 100) Death From Above just has to be improved. It looks strong, but we also thought it might be before seeing how much better the other two were. Still, I prefer it to Marked for Death, which I always forget to use. And Venom Rush again may be strong in the beginning, but its usefulness will taper off as we accumulate haste gear. Thanks for reading if you got this far. :D
Fire MageI put this together with soloing in mind and basically went with the talents that looked the most appealing to me.
http://beta.cuckhead.com/talent#Mlxx9MSeems like the quintessential trash/aoe tanking setup, lots of aoe related dmg, threat, and survivability talent choices. Cause dats what prot pally does :)
Ok once again since i got aproved the guide builder is really fun i will use it for sure to teach some new players about the game
Here's my guide (or at least what I'd do for my demo lock). So many imps! Descriptions of why I picked the talents are in the guide, I absolutely LOVE what they did to demo. It is making me choosing a main for Legion THAT much harder.
Shadow Priest is going to be so different, but this is my best guess for talents with what we know so far./www.cuckhead.com/guide=3731/shadow-priest
http://legion.cuckhead.com/talent#Mnx4QM-0It's all should be tested, but for now:Tier 1: Too bad they changed the mechanic of Mana Tea, so I think Chi Burst will be more useful.Tier 3: Lifecycles until have enough Spirit and be comfortable with mana, than I think to change for Crane's Grace.Tier 6: Actually, should depend on a fight, for the start of the addon I'd prefer Invoke Chi-ji, the Red Crane, because Refreshing Jade Wind costs too much mana.Tier 7: Soothing Elegance for 5 ppl and Focused Thunder for raids.
http://legion.cuckhead.com/talent#Mly_1ztalents are now more dmg base
http://legion.cuckhead.com/talent#MdzLFzThis seems like a very solid talent choice for my playstyle.
The demon warlock Implosion sounds so much fun but then it's matched with better dreadstalkers so looks like lots of experimenting will be in order!
http://legion.cuckhead.com/talent#Mnw5IMHonestly, without seeing how it actually feels to play, it mimics my current brewmaster play style, but I get the feeling it's probably not the best since there seems to be a new emphasis on brews.
http://legion.cuckhead.com/talent#MmyZFz I picked these talents because they cater to my current style of play. There are a lot of bosses in HFC that require being able to case more than Ice Lance or a proc'ed FrostFire bolt while moving. The blink reset would be a nice perk but there do seem to be a couple of rows with mostly filler talents that don't really seem to improve the character at all.
Oooh new stuff to play with! *Steeples fingers* Alrighty, let's see here.. (Frost Mage spec.)http://legion.cuckhead.com/talent#MmyyGMFirst off, I picked Lonely Winter mostly out of curiosity and the novelty of no longer needing my elemental. The 10% extra damage isn't bad and I even get its Freeze ability, so why not? I prefer Ice Block compared to Shimmer and Cauterize, though I've been known to take up Cauterize in certain situations. Ice Block can also be pretty handy when you're trying to drop Slow Fall and hit a precise spot. ;) I would love to take up Rune of Power, I was used to using it there for a while and I'm rather fond of it, but.. I value Mirror Image more.Bitter Cold looks interesting but Incanter's Flow makes the most sense for me. Ice Ward wouldn't benefit my playstyle much, and I didn't use Ring of Frost very often, so Ice Nova. I might play around with Arctic Gale once I'm good and settled into the expansion, but until then, I'd rather use Frost Bomb. I gave Thermal Void a shot but it didn't seem too terribly useful for me. Comet Storm and Glacial Spike are hard to pick between, but I think I'd go for Comet Storm.I'm mainly a PvE player so a lot of the PvP-looking choices aren't something I really need. I know my comment's long but eh there's my choices. :P I didn't bother with choosing glyphs since Majors are going away, and they might still tweak the Minors.
Putting the Demon back into Demonology- A fun Warlock leveling guide in Legion.
