I'm gonna be 'that guy', I guess. So unbelievable that it's taken this long for me to 1) see the final wing of the raid, 2) continue the storyline, 3) get access to a memory that is suitable for my spec. I am completely casual these days. I do not raid. I only do Mythic +10 or so. The fact that we are just now getting access to this content--which I already grossly outgear--is unreal.
If you do +10 you're more than capable to join a Sire normal pug and get your kill, it takes 30 minutes at best and you're done for the week, don't even need to join a guild. Stop whining.

to be fair the delay to SL launch meant the LFR schedule was delayed by a week (or 2?) to rightly give (most of) the employees a break over Christmas
if everything went according to plan in 2020, it would have been out sooner
That's fair. Ah, to be one of the specs whose memory was only gated by the first wing and not the fourth. xD

It's unfortunate that you're confusing my comments as whining.
I. Do. Not. Raid. I'd say thank you for the prescription nonetheless but I wouldn't mean it. ;)

The anima conductor has been available from max level since day one, 40 total days to reinforce 4 streams to use 35 offerings for a legendary power.
Even with casual play you could have had the power you needed by now, seems you've neglected to take advantage of the alternate route that's been available for 77(dayssincexpacrelease)-40(daysforconductorupg)=33days.
This isn't on Blizzard for releasing this boss late, it's on you for not using the route for casual players.
