I like the feedback but I would really, really wish they would limit stealth mechanics for outlaw. Stop forcing us into shadow dance by making it the best choice for all outlaw builds and situations.
good to see they already have pvp multipliers in mind. dont ever want to see 10.0.7 ret paladin situation again.
Rogue has way too many buttons going that it just doesn’t need. We should be seeing classes that are lower utility such as outlaw, marksman hunter etc, at the top of DPS charts while classes like mage and Druid sit near the bottom as they are meant to be the utility classes. This is one of the reasons rogue feels so bad to play at the moment, especially in mythics where half the affixes are not only made for the utility classes, but the utility classes can also out damage rogues and hunters as well (assuming equal skilled players) which then leaves them feeling useless or unplayable. Not to even mention all the anti-melee mechanics in the game, it feels like a majority of the enemies in the game saw Garen from LoL spinning and said “hey… I can do that too”TL;DR: Rogue has too many buttons vs it’s dmg output compared to utility classes/casters who get a 4 button rotation plus all the utility on top while maintaining a higher average dps.
i like this back and forth conversations between blizz and the players. i would honestly love to see this happen for our monk players. because there are some critical points to be made regarding them, and i honestly want to see what blizzard thinks about them.
I hope assassination doesn't get made more complicated. I don't wanna have to relearn my rotation :((or use another spec, outside of trying outlaw in bfa & mage tower ive stayed assassination since Cataclysm when my rogue was made)
Remove Slice and Dice. Terrible buff to maintain.
Cut the chase needs to become baseline and not a choice node, but the stealth remove for indis carnage is a good start
long rotations and many buttons is core for a good sin spec. If you like more simple minded rotations, play bm.

One would think, that they didnt play these classes, whoever is managing them.Its an obvious thing, that Indiscriminate Carnage, would be useless in AoE, the way they tweaked it now.Any damage stuff, thats only useable from stealth, is useless damage in m+All classes need to have a form of sustained AoE, baseline or talent wise. Or they can wave goodbye to m+
Wish shadow priest got even a fraction of this level of communication, maybe that way it wouldn't need to get reworked twice every expansion
They definitely should reconsider the issue of Button Bloat. Right now, Rogues have quite a lot of plates to spin, but none of them feel meaningful. Removing some of that would allow for individual things to actually feel like they mattered. CDR is also problematic, as it devalues CD abilities, turning them from a cool power-up into just another thing you keep up. Rogues don't need many of the things they have already.Slice and Dice could be cut right now, and the Class would be just fine, we've seen this work before in Legion and BfA.

Concerning Indiscriminate Carnage... "We would like the effect to remain contained to a limited window, and being associated with the ‘opener’ has been a good place for that window."Are they serious? Has this person ever played the game, in group content, at all? This talent will be completeley useless in raid and it will be useless in every M+ when the tank is chain pulling and by default in Spiteful weeks. DoTs on 3 targets instead of one, but only once, from stealth. If you are lucky and get to stealth before pull, that is. Compare that to similar talents from other classes. Talents that are usable at any time on a moderate or even low cooldown and put DoTs on every target or at least 5 - 8.Assassination already has the worst AOE in the game and they seem to want to make it even worse...Also, please, do something about the rotational button bloat. Especially for Outlaw, also for Assassin. It's too much compared to every other dps class I play. Too much effort, too little fun, too little reward. Outlaw has been (rather simple) fun in former times, Assassination always had a nice elegance to it. Now it's all just button mashing. Many buttons mashing.
Not a single word of removing theese damn dices from Combat.....I want my Combat Rogue back that plays like Fury/Prince of Persia, without stupid pistols, pirates and dices and that name Outlaw...
