This guy literally says literally A LOT.
sar... who ?
gotta give Blizzard props for highlighting the kind of people who constantly help keep WoW alive, if not for content creators, Shadowlands would've done the game in, we'd be in Maintenance Mode rather than enjoying Dragonflight right now.genuinely scary stuff imo, i look forward to see who else gets highlighted and when.personally i'm not a WoW Content Creator, but i really want to be, as it's a game that i have loved for a very long time, regardless of it's flaws.i wish i knew how to do Machinima...
Hmm looks a regular to me and plays WoW? And then...? I rather watch cat videos
I wonder if they'll do an Asmongold video
Don't we all know WHY exactly they featured him? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Many comments said "Who?" and tried to give him a position of irrelevancy.Sarthe is a fun watch, makes good content, and is a notable member of the Classic Speedrunning scene, no need to belittle someone just because the things they do aren't in the same lane of interest as yours.Blizzard releasing videos like this will hopefully get him more attention as someone who, compared to many of the low-effort streamers out there, deserves more recognition than he gets.
Sarthe, the exaggerator himself. I don't know why they spotlight him and not any other reasonable contentcreater who is not that kind of selfcentered. He's is living the thumbnail meme on all of his youtube videos, kinda meh.
I think it's pretty cool they're spotlighting different people in the community. I've never heard of him either - but that's why they featured him, to get his name more out there - maybe there are other Wow fans who might be interested in the speed-running side of things, but they never knew it existed. At the end of the day, we're all fans. Can't you all just appreciate it for what it is? I look forward to seeing who they might feature next.
When people have nothing to say but still need to say something, usually &*!@ comes out. This comment section is a cesspool of frustration and ignorance. Kudos to Sarthe, we should celebrate the visibility he received from Blizz. Who knows, next time it might be you, small, jealous, uncarismatic creator. Maybe if that day comes it will be okay, right?
who? didnt even know there was competitive speedrunning in classic given the raids have been cleared 20 years ago and in todays age with gaming they get cleared in an day
