Blizzard has confirmed lag and disconnect issues in Nerub-ar Palace and a fix is coming.
Ever since the start of Patch 11.0.5, the Nerub-ar Palace raid has been lagging causing
some bosses to bug out
. This has been very frustrating for guilds and they are currently working on a fix as some of the encounters are severely unfun when you die due to no reason of your own.
Disconnect issues were also common on Queen Ansurek on all difficulties, especially on the first pull of the night.
We recently began detecting widespread lag and disconnects during encounters in Nerub-ar.
We’re currently working on a fix for this.

We "recently" began detecting widespread lag and disconnects during encounters in Nerub-ar.
They sure do work overtime. Not like half my guild has experienced sub 10 fps on a boss like broodkeeper/ghuun2.0
Broodkeeper lags are not only game related. Issues have been found with weakauras that use models as well as ELVUI/TUKUI by default. Addon related issues are not Blizzards concern.
The game related issues are the same as on Tindral and Anduin. Too many things with healthbars being active and damaged at once. Hiding or limiting the amount of visible healthbars also works wonders just like it did on Anduin. The only fix for that would be less stuff since the engine simply cant handle it.
Amazing that the only place this occurs is in this specific raid itself and no where else. Even timewalking full 30 raids did not have this issue and previous tiers were fine. It is a Nerub specific issue only.
