With several characters at Artifact Knowledge level 75, some at 78+, this is a welcome change. (Actually a return... anybody else remember when AP had vendor value and then Blizz removed i? Because we would never stop having a use for it, lol)
The vendors are going to have such powerful artifacts in BfA.
Need a addon to sell automatically the tokens
I wish they'd let us use the AP on our Underlight Angler.Speaking of which, anyone else notice that its trait sheet also displays the crazy unstable energy animation? Which makes no sense, since none of us absorbed the terrible power of Sargeras' sword with... our fishing poles. To follow up on my "what's up with that?", there are reports on the Blizzard Bug Reports forum that everyone who does the quest to overcharge their weapons also locks the traits of their Underlight Angler, even if it's not max level. You can't apply Fishing AP even if you have enough to buy a trait.Well done, Blizz.
Seal of Authority can't be sold.
Yes! No more artifact power for any of my characters now!
Would like to point out to some people that seem to be confused, it's CONCORDANCE 75, not artifact level 75. Your artifact will be level 126 as a result of the upgrade so unless you've gone and grinded yourself another 51 levels worth of AP to your weapon AFTER unlocking the entire crucible then you're going to see a major boost in your weapon.
Best way to reach the quest in Silithus is via Uldum portal in Stormwind/Orgrimmar.
And now what will we do with the missions that reconpensate with AP? they are useless ... that is, we have half of the WQ "unusable"!
Note that if you have two or more artifacts, they ALL automatically get "upgraded" even if they are in your bank. I have both holy and shadow priest artifacts and both show the full upgrade although I only had one equipped or specced.
Even if you have NOT done the new questline, the artifact upgrade tokens are now for sale to vendors. No reason to upgrade the artifact if they are just going to be wasted later on.
