Arathi Ear Customizations for Humans and Kul Tiran

When are Tauren getting the Taunka faces (Taunka are in the Horde since WotLK)
Or the Goblins getting Giblin Customisation (Some Giblin joined the Horde after BFA).

- Kul tirans should get the skinny model
-void elves should get more hair choices (and be paladins... since we have eredar paladins and priests)
-troll beards and armpit hair(stink is part of the lore, so it would make sense)
