MoP had a coherent story and way better writing. The ToT stuff was marvelous which made IoT and TI tolerable.
new class combos and making cloud serpets exotic ferocity pets is a big must for this.
Speaking of Heritage armor mentioned above. Now with Elune slightley revealed how about Nigh elves heritage armor something Elune infused or something like that if it is a quest related.I would want 2 different version though the more feral nature loving Night elves seen but also one for the more magical inclined priest/mages arcane like version as said maybe some Elune infused armor? I mean I think Taurens even got a spirit animal trinket through their heritage. So Elune infused would not be too far fetched by now right?
The devs also mentioned during multiple interviews that the future .5 patches will have heritage armor additions to the base races.
Personally I'd rather they just made it so that at this point you don't have to choose a Covenant. Let us work for all of them. You would still have to choose a Soulbind and that would decide not just your Soulbind passives and Conduits but also your covenant active/utility spells. But you could walk into all the Sanctums and spend massive amounts of anima to do all the research, all the special events and buy all the mogs. It would need more work ofc than just letting people swap freely (you'd have to rework emissaries and the weekly quests).
After the long wait for 9.1 I think 9.1.5 is just a drop on a hot stone. Mega Dungeon is already out and to comes next is maybe how we get to the Jailer but do we really need a patch for the story? Or maybe a mini raid, but I don't think so. Well... small patch means small changes and that means small amount of players coming back(maybe).
We've now helped every covenant to recover their sigils - can we finally "borrow" covenant power and swap abilities and soulbings (for everyone who has finished the campaign) ...
The anniversary event is in 9.1, so 9.1.5 will not hit Retail until December at the earliest. I'd guess that 9.1.5 will arrive in December with 9.2 in early Q2 of 2022 and 10.0 in Q4.
