When does Mekkatorque get encased in ice? I only recall him escaping the encounter in an escape pod once the fight is finished. Is there more narrative on the Alliance side than Horde?
I both like and hate this change.I like it because it is future proofing. Can't tell you how weird the Warchief abode in Orgrimmar has been over the years, especially during Legion on low level characters when Garrosh was still in there.I hate it because it is an indication that Blizzard is still struggling with model phasing outside of player guardians. There is no reason for anyone below level 100 to not see Varian Wrynn in Stormwind or Vol'jin in Orgrimmar between levels 90-100 and Garrosh before level 90, but alas, looks like we're going to continue to see poor handling of story narrative. It's the choice of seeing a bunch of no-names versus seeing paradoxes. That said, why has there been no push-back from the Horde Pandaren against the Zandalari joining? Just a brief disagreement between Rokhan and Ji would've done, nothing major. Now he's going to be the only leader in the welcoming committee? Awwwwwkward.....
There is no way Blizzard removes factions. No way in hell...
Well, at least the pandaren have something to do.
So not sure if needed for a full post but , they changed the mount journal so now when you preveiw a mount it shows your character on the mount
8.3 Raid where in one of the bosses we fight Void Elves Leader (H) or Highmountain Leader (A) confirmed...
Weird how the mag'har are wearing the BC Outland mag'har tabard instead of the AU mag'har tabard that the allied race gets.
Makes sense, but apart of me really liked seeing so many revered named NPCs in one building at the same time, felt epic.
Ji is actually moving around this expansion. He's on the boat with the mission table. He's in Stormsong Valley when Baine is arrested. He's there when Talanji becomes a queen. He may not have an active role but he's there.I'm not sure about Aysa, but she's on the Alliance boat.
Anyone who thinks we’ll see the removal of faction barriers or a third faction in World of Warcraft’s lifetime is a fool. This game is literally built around it. Every advertisement for it ever involves the Horde and Alliance pride or Horde Vs. Alliance conflict. It is the bedrock to WoW, it’s so engrained in the game that removing the restrictions would be game breaking especially if Blizzard is doing it. They can’t even fix sharding yet people think they could remove the faction barrier from everything and have it work? Maybe in a WoW sequel but even then the more likely scenario is the races of the factions would change or there’d be more factions with fewer races in them.
Jinyu and Hozen, please.
Do you really believe that they eliminate the factions and World of Warcraft will become a cooperative game? (as Guild Wars 2)
Guys, you need to make up your minds. Are you a news site, or a speculation site? There's absolutely no connection between removing these NPCs from the embassy, and removing the factions. More Allied Races are going to be added in future - the embassies will simply become too cluttered with quest givers, not to mention the continuity issues you also mentioned. Please, leave the groundless speculation below the line where it belongs. And don't moderate it, it's part of the fun.
To me, this is a sign that ORGRIMMAR AND STORMWIND WILL BE REVAMPED.... since blizzard would have put named representatives in there with some story if that was a thing that would stay for long.I am Personaly thinking that we will get an entire distric of EMBARYs... where each new Allied race has their own race Building with some story around it,1. that is how embasys work in the real world... and it would be amazing to see something like that... also would mean that stuff would be updated more often in the future when new allied races comes along2. these Alied races could even give out quets to low level players or even Allied race specific quests (for example, go Explor this and that)just LOVE.... that they have put the pandaren in charge of the allied races! that makes so much sence XD.... who do you great your potential Allied races.... with your most understandable and Tranquill side.... "AKA... Pandaren" GREAT IDEA!Well done blizzard! 10/10 XDPS: FACTIONS WILL NOT BE REMOVED AND WILL STAY AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE.... the biggest possability is that we get a 3rd factionIt is so sad to see some people say that they should remove factions on make everyone possible to play with both factions with 1 single character!.... the very core that makes World of Warcraft so Unique is that we have 1 game... with 2 sides... and that makes it so much more fun and interesting... and it also gives us FACTION PRIDE! i am Horde 100% and I kill every alliance I see.....PSS: not angry or anthing, just want to voice up us people that think this talk of Faction removal incoming is just simple and plain "ignorance" it will never happen!
