It's already been said a few times, but I'll echo the one piece of actual feedback I have is about quality of writing. Some general articles have been pretty riddled with spelling mistakes or factual errors, but I would also like to point out the class guide writers show massive differences in quality between them. I noticed this specifically in the feedback posts about hero talent trees - some of them were just incredibly hard to read because of spelling and grammar mainly, as well as negativity instead of constructive feedback.
They put male at the bottom of "what is your gender identity?" behind 6 other options. I would understand if it was alphabetical, but they deliberately chose to rank them.
I was considering taking the survey, but decided against it once I saw the practically nonexistent perks of premium membership.
I hadn't come across the term 'live service' yet, I had to research it to understand it. And I'm really sad to know that most of the games I play are like this :,)
