This has been added to some additional vendors in 5.1, such as the bartender at Halfhill.

This is an easily-obtainable consumable that restores mana, which more importantly does not overwrite existing food buffs (if you need to drink quickly in Challenge Modes/raid). A lot of vendor food, such as Pearl Milk Tea, will replace your lovely +300 stat food with a less awesome buff.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##perculia##DELIM##
