This set uses the Red variant of the "Hunter Dungeon B" artwork, and consists of the second Hunter level 70 rare PvP set. It looks exactly the same as the Hunter Dungeon 3 set, Beast Lord Armor. Given that there's an unused colour of this set artwork (Dark Blue) it's a shame one of the sets couldn't have used it for more variety.

Matching bracers exist that use the same artwork and colour: Bracciali della Caccia. They'd probably be hidden anyway, but the set is complete.

There are three other colours of this armour in the artwork database and two are available as mostly-complete sets, both available to non-Hunters:

Green (officially "Dark Green"): Beast Lord Mail (Recolor) (head, shoulders and wrists are missing)
Yellow-tan (officially "Gold"): Desolation Battlegear (wrists missing)
The final colour, "Dark Blue" isn't available in the game. Its colouring is dark blue and silver, with tan scale mail sections

Each of the five pieces requires Honored (minimum) rep with the following factions.

Head: Elmo Inanellato dell'Inseguitore Lower City (run the dungeons found in the Bone Wastes of Terokkar to gain rep)
Shoulders: Guardaspalle Inanellati dell'Inseguitore The Sha'tar (run the dungeons in Netherstorm to gain rep)
Chest: Armatura Inanellata dell'Inseguitore Keepers of Time (run Old Hillsbrad or Black Morass to gain rep)
Hands: Guanti Lunghi Inanellati dell'Inseguitore Thrallmar or Honor Hold (run dungeons in Hellfire Peninsula to gain rep)
Legs: Gambiere Inanellate dell'Inseguitore Cenarion Expedition (run dungeons in Zangramarsh to gain rep)

To complete the look for the missing boots and belt...

Waist: Cinturone della Ferocia drops from Murmur in Shadow Labyrinth Heroic
Feet: Stivali della Caccia Interminabile drops from Warp Splinter in The Botanica Heroic

As a bonus, if you home faction in Shattrath is Aldor, you will occasionally get Vil Armamento or Contrassegno di Sargeras off of trash, which you can turn in for rep.

The same can be said of the Scryers, as Tomo Arcano or Anello con Sigillo dei Furia del Sole turn ins will gain rep with them. ^_^

Basically its Tier 3.5, fits between Tier 3 from Naxxramas, and Tier 4 Demon Stalker from Karazhan/Magtheridon/Gruul in TBC Outlands.

I think the Shadow Cloak of Dalaran goes nicely with this set. I'm also using the Replica Shado-Pan Helmet
