Some Talent Trees Outdated in War Within Pre-Patch - Retribution Paladin, Enhancement Shaman

On live servers, some talent trees seem to be from an outdated War Within Beta build which brings old bugs, increased talent costs or out of date talent trees to the Pre-Patch.
Edit #1:
Blizzard has confirmed that these talent trees are intended
but have not commented on the resolved bugs on Beta.
Outdated Talents and Trees
It seems that some Talents and Talent trees Trees have not been merged correctly into the live War Within Pre-Patch build. Some specs have bugs, talents and talent trees that were updated on the War Within Beta, but these updates have not found their way to live servers.
Here are some of the examples.
Retribution Paladin
Retribution Paladins who log in may notice that their talent trees haven't updated and still have the old Talent Tree. You'll notice that there are quite a few differences from the War Within Beta talent tree and the one that is now on live servers.

Enhancement Shaman
In a recent Beta build, some of the Enhancement Shaman talents had their cost reduced from 2 to 1. This has not happened on live servers and
