New Sylvanas Widowmaker Overwatch 2 Skin Revealed at Gamescom 2024

We recently covered a
teaser of a Warcraft collaboration
in the latest Overwatch Season 12 trailer, and at
Gamescom 2024
we learned several Blizzard titles including Overwatch 2 will be celebrating Warcraft's 30th anniversary with crossover events. Overwatch 2 revealed a new Sylvanas Widowmaker skin that will come with their crossover event.
Exactly details about the crossover events were sparse, but we were asked to stay tuned for a Warcraft Direct presentation coming soon that would share more about the event and what's in store for Warcraft.
New Sylvanas Widowmaker Overwatch 2 Skin
Overwatch 2 did reveal a preview of a new Sylvanas Widowmaker skin as part of their upcoming Warcraft collaboration. Widowmaker poses as the Dark Lady in front of Blizzard World with her iconic bone bow and similarly styled sniper rifle as shown in the art below.
The Overwatch 2 collaboration was cited as coming in September with other events for other titles happening throughout October.
