While the end of the Midsummer Fire Festival is celebrated with a spectacular fireworks show, players can commemorate
another holiday
by collecting three special sparklers, available from unique vendors starting around 10am PST throughout the fourth of July!
Now available for both NA and EU players!
Sold for just a few copper by vendors in
Ironforge
,
Stormwind
,
Ratchet
,
Booty Bay
, and
Orgrimmar
, the NPCs traditionally only appeared on July 4th for NA servers, while instead appearing in celebration of
Peon Day
on September 30th in the EU.
However, as of Patch 10.1.0 last year, EU players are also able to see the vendors on July 4th and vice versa, allowing everyone to partake in the festivities no matter their region. In either event, the items are also BoE, so they can be bought and sold on the Auction House year round!
As of Patch 10.0.5, Grey and White gear like these sparklers can be transmogged!
While these sparklers aren't particularly special in their own right, Dragonflight Patch 10.0.5 included a
long-desired change
allowing Grey and White gear to be transmoggable, making these sparklers a surprisingly rare, if very easy to acquire addition to your collections - so don't miss out!
