Exodar and Silvermoon are two new cities coming in the Burning Crusade. As they're a bit out of the way, we've made transportation guides for these cities, as well as spotlights on the various trainers available there.
Travel to Silvermoon City
How easy it is to get to and from Silvermoon City depends partly on your level. There are also differences from Retail that are important to know if you want to get back and forth to the Blood Elf city. This may be of particular interest to those wishing to pursue Jewelcrafting, as the only Horde Jewelcrafting trainer in Azeroth is located in Silvermoon City. Thankfully, there are also two Auction Houses and two banks in Silvermoon City, so lower level Jewelcrafters who aren't Blood Elves would be wise to stock up what they need to level up completely, or devise a strategy to get back and forth easily.
There are four ways to get to Silvermoon City and the Blood Elf zones of Eversong Woods and Ghostlands: portals in Shattrath City (not available in pre-patch), Mage portals, by Translocation Orb, and through Eastern Plaguelands. Only the Eastern Plaguelands option is open to Alliance players.

Travel to The Exodar
How easy it is to get to and from The Exodar depends partly upon your level. There are also differences from Retail that are important to know if you want to get back and forth to the crystal city. This may be of particular interest to those wishing to pursue Jewelcrafting, as the only Alliance Jewelcrafting trainer in Azeroth is located in The Exodar. Thankfully, there is also an Auction House and bank in The Exodar, so lower level Jewelcrafters who aren't Dranei would be wise to stock up what they need to level up completely, or devise a strategy to get back and forth easily.
There are three ways to get to The Exodar and the Dranei lands of Azuremyst Isle and Bloodmyst Isle: portals in Shattrath City (not available in pre-patch), Mage portals, and by ship. Only the ship option is open to Horde players.
